ORDER STATUS
Has my order shipped?
When placing an order you can chose to create an account, which you can log into. When logged in, you'll find the status of the order to the right.We will also send out a mail to you when the order is sent out.
How do I change or cancel my order?
At this time, we're unable to change any order, so for any changes, we'll have to cancel the order so you can make a new one with the changes. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us, and we'll help you with it.
My order hasn't arrived?
Please contact our customer service and we will try to help you as much as possible.
An item is missing from my order?
If an item is missing, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
PRICING AND BILLING
Do I have to pay tax?
Tax is added for all customers within EU countries. If you live in a country that isn't part of the EU, example: Norway, the tax is removed from the price. The Tax is based on the Swedish rate, 25%.
Can I pay with Paypal?
Yes, but in accordance with PayPal's strict terms we cannot accept payment for paintball markers using this method.
Can I pay with a Credit Card?
Yes. Most major cards are accepted.
How do I know my credit card transaction will be secure?
We do not handle the card details at all, when you go to pay you will be transferred to Klarna or Paypal's secure portal so they can process the card details.
