Warranty Policy

Scope of the warranty

Gellyfun provides this guarantee to consumers who have purchased a product from Gellyfun. Gellyfun warrants that all new products are free from manufacturing or material defects for the warranty period as defined below. However, visual defects are not covered by the warranty. This warranty applies only to defects found during the warranty period and is valid only with respect to the original purchaser of the product.

Gellyfun products are in accordance with their descriptions and specifications; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products you have purchased are intended for their intended purpose. This guarantee is valid and enforceable only in Sweden.

In the event that a product is returned to us where the customer claims the product is defective, and we cannot find any problems with the product, Gellyfun will have to charge the customer a handling fee from SEK 295 for the case. We also charge the customer for the return shipping (in the case that Gellyfun was responsible for the return shipping) and the shipping to send the product out to the customer again.

Warranty period

The period for the product's warranty varies depending on the nature of the product, below is a list of the product's warranty period if nothing else is mentioned on the product page.

  • Masks: 6 months
  • Clothes (including protection): 6 months
  • Plastic toys: 2 months.

Other products not listed: no guarantee

The warranty also does not cover consumables.

Extended warranty

In some cases, the manufacturer chooses to provide an extended warranty, sometimes even a lifetime warranty. This is something that is not extended through Gellyfun, but the customer must then contact the manufacturer directly. Gellyfun undertakes the task of providing contact information to the customer if he so requests.

Restrictions

Warranty does not apply:

  • Normal wear and tear on the product.
  • Defects caused by transport or storage of the product.
  • Defects or damage caused by improper use or poor storage.
  • Damage caused by not following the instructions in the product's user manual.
  • Damage resulting from modification of the product.
  • The product has been modified with parts that are not manufactured by the manufacturer of the product.
